Industrial and medical cleaning is entering a new era. Requirements are evolving and manufacturers must simultaneously improve:

At temperatures of 31°C and pressures of 74 bar and above, CO₂ enters a unique state: it becomes supercritical. It then combines the advantages of a gas (it penetrates everywhere) and a liquid (high solubility).
Result:
In its supercritical state, CO₂ behaves as a non-polar solvent, meaning it is a particularly effective fluid for dissolving non-polar substances such as oils, greases, waxes or many organic compounds. The parts to be treated are exposed to this solvent within our supercritical CO₂ machines, which enables contaminants to be thoroughly removed whilst preserving the most sensitive materials and geometries.
A closed process limiting operator exposure to hazardous substances and reducing the risks associated with handling flammable or toxic solvents.
High cleaning performance, including on complex geometries, internal cavities and precision parts. Supercritical CO₂ penetrates to the core of components to effectively remove the hardest-to-reach contaminants.
Reduced water consumption, minimised process waste and reduced use of solvents. The CO₂ used is recovered at 90% and then recycled within the machine to minimise consumption.
Automated, reproducible cycles that are easily integrated into an industrial environment, ensuring consistent quality and a reduction in rework operations.
A process guaranteeing a high and reproducible level of cleanliness, essential for the most demanding applications. The absence of residues and a drying phase helps to secure downstream operations, such as assembly, surface treatment, coating or sterilisation.
A technology compatible with a wide range of materials, contaminants and applications. Process parameters are tailored to your parts, enabling us to meet industrial, medical and recycling requirements.
A process that supports regulatory compliance by helping meet sector-specific hygiene, safety and contaminant-control requirements.
